This software license agreement is a legal agreement between you (the “licensee”) and Esselbach Internet Solutions for the use of the Contentteller CMS System.
Scope of License
Esselbach Internet Solutions as the manufacturer of the software Contentteller CMS grants a simple, non-exclusive right of use to the licensed software under the license terms as described in License Terms. Esselbach Internet Solutions retains the ownership of the software and any copies of it. This license is not a transfer the rights of the original Contentteller CMS software or any copies of it.
By registering and installing the product, you declare your consent to the present license conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install this copy of the product.
License Terms
A Contentteller CMS license grants you the right to run one main installation of the software and a second installation for testing purpose. The software downloaded from the Contentteller CMS member area may not be distributed or sold to entities beyond the license holder. You may use the member area downloads associated with the license to run instances of the software.
You may not decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to reconstruct the source code, algorithms, and file formats. You may not remove the visible “Powered by Contentteller” branding notice if you are on the STARTER support plan.
Termination
Your right to use the product will expire if any of the terms of these license terms are violated. When the right of use expires, you are obliged to delete the product from your servers and destroy all copies of the product.
Updates and Support
You need an active support plan to get access to support and updates. The support plans grants you access to the latest product updates and support. Some plans may also include extended support over support cases. Any support cases as part of the support plan are limited to a maximum of 45 minutes/each and valid up to 1 year after purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Esselbach Internet Solutions is not liable for the content of any website that is using Contentteller CMS. The licensee is solely responsible for ensuring that the content complies with all applicable legislation and regulations, including but not limited to all applicable data protection laws.
The software has been released on an AS IS basis and without warranties. You must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of Esselbach Internet Solutions will be limited to product replacement or refund of the purchase price.
