WYSIWYG only for admin?

Can I offer visitors to my web site WYSIWYG to entice them to submit articles? I appears that this feature is available only to the admin.

Is it possible, in future releases, to allow users to submit news stories but choose the category for that news article from a drop-down box plus add a URL link for them to add the source for a story?

This feature is currently only available for admin users because of security reasons. This may change in one of the future releases.
