Update. Appears to be an alias issue. Disregard...for now

I can't figure it out, but somehow two of my sites have an identity crisis.
My primary installation of Contentteller is now calling upon the data and settings of a secondary install but I can't figure out what's causing it.
./includes/config.php values are correct and they both show the unique website ids.
