I see. No, the "You don't have permission to access / on this server." error is not coming from Contentteller but from the webserver.
This error could be related to the .htaccess file in your document root. You could try to FTP to your webhost account and delete .htaccess to see if this error is going away.
Your webhost have a support forum for their webhosting clients. You could also ask there.

Because I can't get any thing working I keep getting forbiden so I don't know if the templates changed and the only things I ever saw was articles I put there

I still don't know how to change the templates or get anything up for the public Is there a web site to go to for a "hold my hand" type of directions so I'm not bothering you all the time
