Here's another couple of suggestions for future versions of Storyteller CMS:
We're using the trouble ticket system and have created several categories.
When logged into the admin console and reviewing the trouble tickets (with the "Edit" link under "Trouble Tickets") it would be really useful if the ticket category were displayed as well as the subject.
Also, if there were a way to filter the list of trouble tickets, as this would help greatly when working with a lot of tickets. For instance, I can see where filtering to only look at tickets within one category would be really useful. Also, the ability to view multiple categories might be nice.
Lastly, being able to hide one or more categories would be really great.
For example, we created a "Closed" ticket category for resolved issues, and don't really need to see a those old tickets on a regular basis.
Just a couple of thoughts, still loving the system!
