After install,I get ..
Warning: Please remove skip-innodb from your my.cnf (MySQL configuration file)

Is this a serious issue?
as this is a rented server,will the host need to make the change?

This means that InnoDB support is disabled in my.cnf.

There is no real downside running Storyteller with MyISAM tables, expect you are running a heavy traffic (500000+ pageviews/day) website.
