I am afraid I have currently not the time to create a complete new layout. However, I could help you to convert your exiting layout to Storyteller.

also how much do you charge for doing a layout? kinda want a feel like techconnect's site but with my own images ofcourse then i could easily mod it

ok awsome sorry if im bugging you i tjhought the menu would go in that template as it did in my current cms think ill go ahead and purchese now are you the owner? and only support staff?

Very easy, at least with some basic HTML knowledge . This requires a small modification in the site_footer template.
