I may add some additional image bbcode in one of the next releases.

You could use HTML:
<img src="https://www.contentteller.com/image.gif" border="0" align="right" hspace="10"  vspace="10">

Replace image.gif with the picture name. I may add some additional image bbcode in one of the next releases.
