Number of news and articles to handle
The commercial version includes some optional mod_rewrite templates. You need Apache with mod_rewrite enabled for search engine friendly urls.
Additional information to customize the urls with mod_rewrite are available in this thread: http://www.esselbach.com/thread.php?id=320

Number of news and articles to handle
I am testing it right now. I loaded the database with 25K articles and have to say that it handles it quite nice. No delay or what soever.
My question is, is the commercial version has the urls search engine friendly?

Yes, it could be done but is complicated because of the way the current (1.x) caching system is working.

Number of news and articles to handle
Yes, the CMS can handle this
No, I am afraid both are not part of the current 1.x series
Yes
Take a look at http://www.ntcompatible.com or/and http://www.linuxcompatible.org
The installation there has now over 63k news stories and still performs like a fresh installation with only a few hundred news stories.
I like to know does your cms will be able to handle 20, 30 or even 100K of news and articles
Yes, the CMS can handle this
On the free version I noticed there is no paginating in front page and categories as well. For example i want to paginate my front page and category page to show 10 articles and at the bottom to have like [1] [2] [3] ...[next->]
Does the paid version support sitemap, like i want to submit that file to google sitemaps.
No, I am afraid both are not part of the current 1.x series
I have three website which are huge with over 20K articles each. Will your cms be able to controll them from only one cpanel?
Yes
What i am most woried is the speed of showing the site with over 50k full text articles
