No warning when confirmation message cannot be sent

When a user registers, but there is no mail account configured on the server (in Cpanel), CT reports that the confirmation email was sent successfully but obviously nothing gets sent.

That doesn't matter. The script sends still the email but it may get rejected on the recipient's server.
