The PAD specification has been officially upgraded from version 3.1 to 4.0 to include Windows 8. The PAD repository has also been changed, and the old list is no longer accessible.

The PAD Repository has been moved to the new PAD 4
supporting site, http://repository.appvisor.com.

The ASP had updated PAD Specification from 3.11 to 4.0.
Complete PAD 4.0 platform can be found on
http://appvisor.com/pad as well as on the ASP PAD Site FAQ
http://pad.asp-software.org/padfaq.php

If your existing PAD file was part of the old pad repository, you
should upgrade your PAD file to v4.0 by going to
http://publisher.appvisor.com. Register your company and import
your PAD file using the official PAD v4.0 PAD editing, publishing,
validating and hosting tools. Once your PAD 4.0 has been
published and certified, it will be added to the NEW PAD
Repository.
