My script no longer updates

I have users registering and posting programs but the files I approve no longer show up on the frontpage.
It seems referrers aren't being logged anymore, and online users show N/A on the frontpage.

Yes it seems to be working. I don't know what changes they did, if any.

Is it working again?

Perhaps your webhost made some changes (permissions) that cause the cache not to update?

That did it. But I don't see why turning off referrer logging should make the download queue stop working.

Very odd. Look like there is a problem with your config.php?

Try to enable the option under Other / Config:
Disable Stats => No
Log Referers => Yes
