Where is the CSS file in Cpanel and where does it get exported? Same question for language files, where do they get exported?

To edit the CSS directly:
Templates / Manage Styles => Edit => Click on "or here to edit the cascade style sheet (CSS) directly"

All files will be exported to the /templates directory. Unlike in Storyteller, this directory is only for import/export of templates and related files.
