IP range admin access

I set the admin access to a specific IP and then decided to remove it. My IP changed and I can no longer access the admin area. Which file should I edit to disable the limitation to a specific IP range?

Run the following query in phpMyAdmin:
UPDATE esselbach_st_websites SET website_adminip = ''
