Installing Problem
This would not help because I am unfamiliar with the MySQL setup of your webhost.
The best thing you could do is to post your problem in the forum of your webhost: http://forum.100webspace.com/viewforum.php?f=11

The sub domain is no problem. From the FAQ section of your host:
Perhaps you made a typo or entered something wrong? Did you tried other PHP scripts on that account?

Database Server Hostname / DSN: server name (this is the name of the server where your account is - for example - yourusername.server.com - server.com is the server name, so you need to put server.com here)

Database Username: your database name
Database Password: your database password

Installing Problem
Howie,
You may need to re-check the settings you entered for your database when you went through the cinstall.php page.
These are the settings you need to check:
a) Hostname: Usually localhost, however you can use the IP address of the server
which your database resides.
b) Username: Your MySQL Username
c) Password: Your MySQL Passward
d) Database: You database name
I had difficulty once because I was entering the wrong hostname. My service provider gave me info for an external host, when all I really had to enter was "localhost" for hostname.
Just double-check everything and try again. If that doesn't work, you may have to wait until Philipp (the Storyteller program's developer) can get in here to help you.

Once I went through the process of the cadmin/cinstall.php, I got a error saying "Error: Can't select the database" can you please help me
