I want to insert adsense youtube vid at the bottom of every story page in the extended section only. ie, you click on the extended news and right after the comments you will see the add. Where is the best place to put this even if we disable comments on some stories.

You need to add the adsense code in both comments_post_form and comments_error_disabled templates.
