IE shows Error on page in cadmin

I am using the RC3. I tried to add new files by IE shows information "Error on page". I have checked and hereunder is the error details:

Line: 708
Char: 73
Error: Unterminated strong constant
Code: 0
URL: http://##/cadmin/index.php?action=addnewfile

Line: 795
Char: 74
Error: Unterminated strong constant
Code: 0
URL: http://##/cadmin/index.php?action=addnewfile

Will you please check and advise back how to fix the problems?

I just tried it with XAMPP under Windows but was not able to reproduce any JavaScript error Confused Face

I still have same issue even with final. Also still have issue with comment reply. Unable to reply, shows js error.
