How to add new user in CT from forum DB?

How to add new user in CT from forum DB? I want to add new news poster in CT admin, but user is already registered in forum DB. How can I do that?

Either you ask them for the password or you set a new password. The CMS admin login is fully independent from the forum database.

Yes, but I got error:
Error: You forgot to set a password for this user.

I don't know members passwords.

Just add them as admin users under Users => Add New User with the same username/login
