How do I link to an image in another section?

How do I link/include an image in an article which has been uploaded in the "content" section on a content page?

If I use the command [fullimage=4] it calls up the 4th article image uploaded, I want the 4th content image that was uploaded. (right clicking to find the image URL on the front end only gives an id)

The only way to doing this right now is linking directly to the content image script:
contentteller.php?ct=content&action=file&id=4
