Hi I downloaded the basic package

Hi. Like the subject says I downloaded the basic package and I want to try it out. I browsed the files in the zip but didn't fine any instructions on how to install it on my site. I'm not very adept when it comes to php, but I think this program looked kinda cool. I'm using pmachine on my site at the moment, and it was very easy to install due to instructions included. Could anyone please help me out on this? Thanks in advance.
