What do these two functions on the forums do? Is there a way to sticky a post?

Forum Questions - Plonk and solution?

"Plonk" will disable the posting for viewing. The posting itself is still stored in the database.

The topic starter can mark a post in the thread as solution with the "Solution" button.

To make a post sticky: Moderator => Bump (below)
