"Extra" folder in Full Version

This may sound very dumb, but what am I supposed to do with the files in the "Extra" folder and its subfolder "rewrite" in the full version? What are these files for and what do I use them for?

"Extra" folder in Full Version

There is a readme.txt in the extra/rewrite folder Winking Face

The templates in that folder are for use with the mod_rewrite module of the Apache web server to allow more search engine friendlier URLs. For example: story.php?id=22 turn into story22.html etc.
