Export English language?

How do I export the English language to XML so I can edit the language strings? I've created a new language (Romanian) and when exporting it I only get an empty XML file.

Sorry, I just noticed that the language pack above is broken due to a bug in the export routine. Here a fixed package.

There is no English language pack. Basically, the language pack is translating the templates on the fly using search & replace.

I attached the German language pack that contains all-important phrases.
   german_lang.zip
