Here's what I believe a very useful suggestion for expired downloads... if you could add this on the next version of the program or even better as a hack for current release (for those of us that can not upgrade that easily anymore).

How about programming the download expired page so that it redirects the user automatically to the download description page, in this way other sites trying to link to files directly don't get away with it but at the same time, the receiving site benefits largely anyway.
