Esselbach Site Customization

Hey all. I recently uploaded a free version of Esselbach to my site  http://www.top-affiliate.com for review purposess. IT's Awesome! By the end of the week I will buy the paid version. At this time I am looking for someone to customize this new install to match my current site  http://www.top-affiliate.com.

I particularly like the format  http://www.3dchips.net/ is using and would like to match that example. My host supports mod rewrite so I need the article titles to be reflected as URLs. In addition, I would like my site users to be able to choose the category their post and add keywords/description tags to each post. I attempted to integrate my phpBB forum as well but it does not seem to be working properly. When "Control Panel" and "Private Messages" are clicked it only takes you to the forum index page.

I know many of these hacks can be found in the forum but I would rather pay someone who knows what they're doing (definately not me) to perform these mods. PM me if you are interested. Thank you.
