Each smilie is listed twice, and sadd should read "sad".
Also, how do you add a new picture?
You need to upload it first?

Not a bug. The smilies (and many of the other images) are currently indeed twice (in PNG & GIF) there. A later test release will only include GIF images after older versions of Internet Explorer have problems with PNG images and transparency. ssad is a different icon then sad.

You need to upload smilies manually to the /images/smilies directory
