Does this script support sub-categories yet?

I'm waiting for the first version that supports sub-categories. I was told back in February that it would be 2 to 3 months. I just wanted to receive a checkup on if they are implemented yet or what the status of sub-categories are and when I can expect them.

Thanks.

I never tried this before, but it should work in redirection mode (default)

This could be done with the templates

1. does the file system support comments on each file? Can I set it so that unregistered users can add comments?

Yes and no. Only registered users can post comments

There is a form for reporting broken links.

3. Is there anything in the system that would allow me to create a section that allow either non-registered users to upload files or registered users to upload files? And if so, is there a setting that can turn on or off an admin queue? So I could set something up so that registered users could upload files without having them verified by an admin, while unregistered users can still upload files, but their uploads would be placed in a queue that would need to be verified by an admin?

No, there is currently no file uploading option for users

4. I went here:  http://esselbach.com/demo/submitdownload.php and checked a little around the upload section. I see the fields for file URLs (Download URL #1, etc.) but I don't see any spot for the text to each link. Is it possible to have multiple mirrors with each link saying what I want it to say as the file hyperlink? I don't each mirror link to just say Mirror 1, Mirror 2, etc., but want them to be the name of individual external websites that are mirroring the file. Is something like that possible?

This need a small modification in the code. I could do this modification for you as part of the included support.

5. If the above features aren't included yet, are any of them planned or maybe being considered for the next version or a version down the road?

I am always trying to implement features that are requested by my customers. These features appear sooner or later in the CMS.

Great. I had a few other last minute questions I wanted to know about too.

1. does the file system support comments on each file? Can I set it so that unregistered users can add comments?

2. Is there any type of file mirror reporter for others to report new mirrors to individual files? Or reporting dead file links?
