Deactivating a block apparently doesn't clean the html cache

Like it says in the title. I deactivated the News 3D Tags on the right side, and the cache apparently isn't rebuilt when disabling a module. I had to manually remove it using a FTP client to get it to rebuild.

Well, I've had problems with my host disabling my account when using CT, so I decided to use it from the beginning.
"Hello,
Thank you for your ticket. This domain was suspended due to too many Apache connections. Also, the amount of traffic that the domain is receiving is too high for a shared hosting environment. In shared hosting, we only allow 30 Apache connections per account, and this domain exceeded that warranting the suspension.
For further assistance on what can be done to unsuspend your account I am going to forward this to our Abuse and Security department. Please await their reply."
To be honest it wasn't as much traffic as they say, I only had 2400 visitors that month.
I knew that. But the thing with the cache is that making a submission deletes the cache on the spot, but disabling/enabling blocks doesn't, so I thought it was a bug.

There is no need to remove the cache over FTP. Main => Clear Cache will also force a reload of the cache.

This is normal. The cache is working entirely different then in Storyteller.
The cache in Contentteller usual reloads after the expire time has been reached (default: 30 minutes). It will also work only for non-logged in users. All logged-in users will see a current version of the page.
Bear in mind that the caching system in Contentteller is really only meant for high traffic websites. Most smaller (<100 users) will work just fine without caching.
