contentteller.php in url's
In the next build is an option to generate SEO URLs without contentteller.php or contentteller in it. However, this work only on servers with mod_rewrite and need some manual changes in the .htaccess file.

This is a limitation of the rewrite engine. The search engine friendly URL's of Contentteller does not require mod_rewrite, instead Contentteller will use it's own rewrite engine, which is even compatible with Windows Server. After every request goes through the contentteller.php script, it is always visible in the URL.
There is no negative impact by using Contentteller's rewrite engine, on the contrary my test website indexed even better on search engines after the switch to Contentteller. The site was previously running Storyteller with custom rewrite rules.
However, you could still turn off the rewrite engine and use mod_rewrite to create your own rewrite rules instead.

i know this can be changed so we can lose the php part, but i have to say, i'm not very happy that this will be on all url's now. Is anyone else bothered by this or am i just crazy?
One example - those who bought the branding free version might not be too happy to see it there really.
