Contentteller 2.1.18 is now available in the members area

Version 2.1.18 (2013-12-27)
- Fixed a problem that occur when using older PHP versions in Manage Templates
- Added a convertion script that will convert any existing website and database to UTF-8 encoding
- Added database mode (LATIN1/UTF-8) to System Information of dashboard
- Fixed a problem with the EU cookie option and the caching system
- Fixed a problem where the collapsible switch in blocks is still showing up even if cookies aren't allowed
- Updated JSColor to version 1.4.2
- Fixed jQuery compatiblity problem with the checkboxes in the admin area
- Fixed a problem in the news import function
- Fixed various smaller regressions caused by the PHP 5.4 update in 2.1.17
- Removed next button in installer and upgrade script to prevent accidental refreshes
