Contentteller 2.1.14 is now available. This is a small release that addresses a serious bug in the rewrite engine that was introduced in 2.1.13.

Changelog:
Version 2.1.14 (2011-10-17)
- Fixed a problem with anonymous rating in Knowledgebase module
- Fixed two problems with tags in file edit form
- Fixed an issue with the option to separate module/command with slashes

Yes, updates between 2.1.x releases are no problem.

Is it ok to go from 11 to 14 once a backup has been done etc!
