Contentteller 2.1.1 released

Contentteller 2.1.1 is now available. This is the first maintenance release of the new 2.1 branch.

Here the change log:
Version 2.1.1 (2010-05-14)
- Updated 3 legacy templates (compatdb_category_header, compatdb_category_footer, user_logout_done)
- Fixed a problem with the pagination of the hide empty CompatDB entries feature
- Fixed multisite support in installer
- Fixed a small issue in files image
- Fixed a problem with custom blocks in articles image
- Removed legacy code that caused a SQL error in article summary
- Fixed the preview image in article edit
- Fixed SQL error in custom blocks of knowledgebase entry
- Fixed two problems with knowledgebase categories
- Fixed a small glitch in manage columns
- Fixed a problem with thread sorting in forum integration
- Fixed an issue where the watermark image is not appearing on all images
- Fixed a small issue where the wrong tab menu will be set active under edit article attachments
- Updated TinyMCE to version 3.3.5.1
- Added additional build check in upgrade script
