I figure since you don't have a bug tracker anymore (hint, hint), I'll post suggestions separately even though they concern the same element, in this case comments.
1. When replying to a comment the subject field should be automatically filled out with something like:
"re: the comment replying to"

Right now, when replying you get this
Error
You need to enter a subject for your comment

No red highlight, no warning and particulary annoying since there is no Ajax involved.

The problem is not really to find a bugtracker, but a bugtracker that can integrate (login) with the website.

Unfortunately bugtrackers seem to be rather hard to find. Or maybe you could submit the project to sourceforge.net, if they allow exclusively commercial products, that is.

Unfortunately, XenForo has no bug tracking module. I guess I should write my own Winking Face

Thanks for your suggestion. I already consider to rewrite the comments function for the next major release.
