Class_templates.php Error

I've started to get this error at the top of my site. Not sure what it is referring to. Once I refresh the page it goes away, but comes back maybe a few pages later. When this error is displayed, the right blocks aren't displayed and only a few of the left blocks.

The "Poll Block Modification" did the trick. I refreshed the page 10 times and didn't get the error message at all.

Very odd. This error indicates a problem with one of the blocks.

Can you post a screenshot from Manage Blocks in the admin section?
