Changing outgoing e-mail address and name....

I must be going slightly insane as I cannot find this - but how do I change the e-mail information on outgoing e-mails (such as site registration) to a different name and e-mail address? At the moment it's using my name and my private e-mail address when someone registers as the return address... just want my site title and site e-mail details....

You could change this over Users => Edit/Remove in cadmin

So this cannot be changed unless I re-install or go directly into the mySQL database?

The CMS is getting this data from the main admin account.
