That's tricky. The SEO urls are stored in the database, so basically we need a script that goes though your entire news database to replace _ with -. This is the easy part.

However, the main issue is that it is necessary to redirect the old urls to the new urls using 301 Moved Permanently or you will lose your pagerank.
