I am puzzled; The majority of your examples are in German, the name Esselbach appears to be German, but there is no German version???
Did all those German webmasters do their own translations?
The two main languages I need for my web site are English and German ( http://realgsd.info). Is there any kind of a solution for that, OTHER then translating everything myself?
I maybe needing some way of letting the user switch between languages, but since I am not a programmer, I really have no idea how that can be done.

There is no language file, except for the admin control panel. In order to translate the CMS to another language, you need to edit all templates.

in CMS matrix you are listed as "Internationalize=limited". What limitations are these?
