Bonked upgrade from 2.1.0 to 2.1.2

I just upgraded my sites, and now when I try to goto the main page, it kicks me to the admin login page. ie  Esselbach Storyteller CMS PHP Content Management instead of the main page and all the goodies, I get redirected to  Esselbach Storyteller Login

What gives with not being able to upgrade, and how do I fix this?

Usual you need to login to re-enable the site but this should only happend after the 2.0.x to 2.1.x upgrade.
