can't say i like this in the CP, just a personal preference, but it seems to slow down my movement in the CP:

<meta http-equiv="page-enter" content="blendtrans(duration=0.2)" />
<meta http-equiv="page-exit" content="blendtrans(duration=0.2)" />

i'd really like to know which file to edit to remove these two lines.
