How would I change the background of a block like "Menu" "Online Users" etc?

I'd like to change the title area colour and also the background colour of the content where the links actually are.

So on this:

 http://www.opensourcecms.com/demo/1/192/Contentteller_Community_Edition

The background for:

"Main Menu"

But also the background for:

· Content
· News
· Articles
· Mailinglists
· Knowledgebase
· Trouble Tickets
· Files
· Glossary
· Links
· Compatibility Lists
