Howdy,

I'm playing with the announcement feature located under the website in the admin console...is there a (fairly short) maximum message length?

If there is, it might be handy to put a note on the left of the "Announcement Text" entry window indicating the limitation.

That's what I suspected but it keeps cutting the body of the message off really short. I'll look into it further.

No, the announcement text is using a pretty large MySQL text field.
