Activate URL Problem

Hi,

I have installed the freeware version of Storyteller in a directory
/nw all url work fine i.e "  www.mydomain.com/nw/index.php"

However when the welcome mail to a new member is sent the included activation link reverts to the root directory "www.mydomain.com/activate.php" could you please advise how to correct this?

Other => Config

Change Website URL to  http://www.mydomain.com/nw
