2008.RC2: vBulletin Tachy goes to Coventry Issue

This patch fixes an issue in the integration scripts for vBulletin 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7. Users are not able to post comment if someone is listed in the "Tachy goes to Coventry" list and vBulletin is using a different database then Contentteller. This patch addresses the problem.
