2008.RC2: Templates Import

This patch addresses three issues with the templates import and update function:

1) The template import function will ignore style.data due to a typo.
2) The import code for style.css/style.data in the update function is completely missing.
3) The update function will always create a backup of all previous templates even if the undo option is disabled.
