2008.0: vBulletin integration

This patch address a SQL error in the vBulletin integration scripts that happens if vBulletin will be used for comments and the post is not cached in the postparsed table.

No, the current bugfixes will be included in 2008.1

All 2008.x releases are basically the original 2008 release with all bugfixes and enhancements posted in this forum. For example, if you apply all 2008.0 updates you have 2008.1 etc.

For this kind of smallish bugs, will you update the 2008.0 master file or will you leave it intact until a new milestone (2008.1) comes around?
