The download module is the same. The only difference between 2008.0 and 1.0.0 is an option to disabled the "Managed with Contentteller" notice.

Is there any difference between the code of the Community Edition and the code of the Professional One? Because if there isn't I could just download the Community versions. I need to do some comparisons between some files for the download module.

Yes. However, the only differences between 2008.0 and 2008.1 are bug fixes.
