2 more questions

I am mainly using the Files and I have met 2 problems:

1. When user submitted the PDA files from the frontend, I can get them at the backend. However when I edit and approve the submission, they will not show in the front end and at the backend, there are no such submissions again.

2. I tested to add some files but in right block of the front end, they do not show under Latest Files and Top Files.

Please help!!

Thanks very much. I will wait for your next release. Will the next release be final or RC4 and when we can expect it?

There is a typo in both block scripts that prevent that the latest/top files will show up. This is fixed in the next version.

However, I was not able to reproduce the problem with the submissions yet. I tried it now even with IE7 under Windows Vista but it works as expected.

Very odd. I find all your submissions under Files Queue => Status: Approved but nothing under Manage Files. If I edit the queue files and set the "Queue Status" to "0 ... New", I can reapprove the files just fine Confused Face

Which OS/browser are you using?

1. The files are not in the Manage Files. They seems to be gone forever.

I need to take a look. Can you PM me the location and admin login of your Contentteller installation?

2. I have not enabled the cache feature yet. I will try to enable it and see.

The blocks cache is independent from the HTML caching feature. The HTML cache feature is only for high traffic websites or underpowered servers.

1) The files are not under Manage Files?

2) The side blocks are cached. It took up to 1 hour before files show up there.
